Clubul Sportiv Municipal Constanța, commonly known as CSM Constanța, is a Romanian basketball club based in Constanța, which currently participates in the Liga Națională, the top-tier league in Romania. The team represents the men's basketball section of the CSM Constanța multi-sports club. The basketball team predates the multi-sports club (which was founded in 2021), being named Athletic Neptun Constanța before the merger in the summer of 2022. The club initially played in the second-tier Liga I. However, in 2018 the league was merged with the top-tier: Liga Națională.
El CSM Constanta es un club de baloncesto profesional con sede en Constanta, Rumanía. Fue fundado en 1950 y compite en la Liga Națională, la máxima categoría del baloncesto rumano. El equipo ha ganado el campeonato rumano en 4 ocasiones, en 1978, 1980, 1987 y 1988. También ha ganado la Copa de Rumanía en 8 ocasiones, en 1967, 1973, 1981, 1983, 1985, 1987, 2009 y 2013. El CSM Constanta ha participado en competiciones europeas en varias ocasiones, alcanzando los cuartos de final de la Copa Korać en 1983. El equipo juega sus partidos como local en el Sala Sporturilor, una cancha con capacidad para 1.500 espectadores. El entrenador del equipo es Bogdan Toader y el capitán es Alexandru Olah.
